They lose the art of dealing with customers Talabat, when you ask to add a beneficiary, it takes up to a month in addition to contacting the call center, and no beneficiary has been added in the application, and when the call is repeated after a month, they ask you to email to confirm your request, and the beneficiary has not been added, note the beneficiary is the same person Transferred from it, management inspects the art of dealing with customers with all that it means and more. I sent you notes on the 17th of the month, and they are answered on the 26th by you. This is evidence of your slow response and coldness in the art of dealing with customers. Advice: There is a flaw in mishandling customers. Note: I drained your contacts of more than $250 due to waiting and transfers. From employee to employee, after months of filling out the application so far, there is no justification not to add the beneficiary or send an e-mail message Note (your management is not appropriate to deal with filling)

Very upset & disappointed
I start using this app through Corona time to save my time & avoid going out to transfer money. Mainly I was using Western Union services. What makes me very upset is :
1. The app always hangs after signing in and I need to start over many times 😠
2- while I can send money through the app, I cant make editing to the name or canceling the transaction using it! I must go to any Muzaini office & make a request for cancellation then I must go again to collect my money back !! This is very unpractical & -to be more clear- very stupid 👎🏼. The idea of using online services is to make things easier for the costmer but what I see when I used Almuzaini app is that it makes it easer to take the money but very difficult to get it back !
This is very annoying & I talked to the customer service many times about it but they don’t seem to care enough.
Worst mobile app ever
This application has a lot of bugs need to be fixed and that determines the lake of knowledge the developers have and there is no quality control in this application to detect the bugs and the major issues before shipping to live
