تجارب سيئة و معاملة اسوء bad experiences
حجزت مرتين عن طريق التطبيق
و للاسف تجارب ليست بالمستوى المتوقع
المرة الاولى طلبت تغيير غرفة بالفندق و ردوا علي بكلمة ابشر. افاجىء بعد وصولي الفندق بعدم ابلاغهم من شركة المسافر باي شي رغم تواصلي معهم و توفر الغرفة بنفس السعر.
المرة الثانية قمت بحجز رحلة عن طريق المسافر من تذاكر سفر و مواصلات للفندق و حجز فندق.
بعد استقطاع المبلغ كامل تم الرد علي بارتفاع سعر المواصلات بمبلغ اعلى من مواصلات الموقع الرسمي للفندق! و ايضا اسعار الفندق كانت توفر بموقعهم الرسمي من التطبيق! و عندي طلبي استرجاع مبلغ المواصلات رفضوا و حاولوا ابقائها كرصيد بالمحفظة لديهم و عندما قدمت بشكوى لدى خدمة العملاء بالكويت تم استرداد مبلغ المواصلات و لم يتم تعويضي الى اليوم رغم مرور شهر
Booked a room first then asked them through WhatsApp to contact the hotel from twin to double bed. When I arrive the hotel informed me no one contacted them despite the availability of the room with the same rate!
I also booked a whole trip with flights, transfers & hotel stay then I was told that the transfer price got more expensive after payment!
Their transfer was higher than the hotel rate so I asked to refund the transfer rate which they didn’t allow and wanted to keep it in their app wallet! Finally I contacted customer care in my country to have the remaining money refunded.
It’s been a month since the incident and despite my complaints nothing was offered!

Worst Company
A total scam. They stole my money and didn’t even let me change it. I called them for a change then They agreed and made me pay the difference, I waited for the confirmation email and called them after 40 minutes and they said my ticket wasn’t confirmed and I was too late and I lost all 5 tickets no refund and no exchange, not only that but they also stated that they didn’t do anything wrong and they blamed me for the mistake and blamed the Airline.
Totally awful experience!!!
