Greetings,

First of all, thanks for your efforts on this great app. However the only issue that I’m having with this application is the sizing. Because it varies between one brand and another, I can’t quite get my right size with every item I ordered. It would be great if you update the size measures for each brand so we can see the precise differences between them.
Ps, I’ve noticed that you made those modifications on some brands, just saying that it would be great to do them all.

I ordered products from this app and i paid the price of the products and i have the bank messages as a prove that i paid! And the estimated time for delivery was 18 September 2023 after I waited 16 days I saw a tiny message in the application that my order is returned to them and they can’t deliver it to me!!! Without any email or any message from them, they cancelled my order and didn’t even refund my money back!!! And I tried to contact them but they don’t have any real person i can talk with also i tried to write my problem on Instagram they simply deleted my comment without any response!!! Also there is no message or email from them telling me that they will let me know it they will refund my money or will just deliver my order (after I don’t know how many months) It’s a such a FAILURE application.

I had a lot of lost orders a d they don't have a track number to check about them, and the last one went to Bahrain instead of Kuwait my country !!!!! And still didn't get any answer after 5 emails from last week !!!!!! Costumer service Never answer the emails very baaaaaaaaad app , it used to be good until last year, ASOS is the worst!!!!!! Even they don't deserve the 1 star I put for them!!!!!!!!
