Very slow customer service

Every time I try to link my card the app gives error and say try again later, after so many trails I contacted CS and they replied that I linked 5 cards but it was only one and the second card was giving error, asked for solving the issue but no response and no help. Support ticket # 2492997
and unfortunately on my app doesn’t show any option for bank transfers.
