Refund problem
I used the tabby option and in the same day I canceled my order, tabby took my money for the first installment and I can’t take it back and no one wan to help
Bloomingdale’s said contact tabby and no response from tabby after I sent many emails
Bloomingdale’s a big name how come they put us in this problem and not help, Bloomingdale’s is the one give us this option to buy and I need to refund my money or use it in another purchase but I can’t

THE WORST DEPARTMENT STORE EXPERIENCE
let me tell about how bloomingdales is pretty much hands down the worst department store right now. so i ordered a pangaia hoodie that was delivered to me in a damaged condition (red ugly stain that won’t come off). so i get in touch with customer service and first thing they do was call me a liar. they then stall for a couple of months. then they give me a voucher for the value of the damaged item (FINALLY RIGHT?). so what i did was buy a couple of items (clothes) from a brand that i bought previously and had a good fit. the items arrive and they happen to be too small. so i took these items to the store to get them exchanged (never asked for a refund). the employee says ok we will send you a new coupon via email as a refund. i go back home, wait for 2 weeks and nothing. i contacted customer service again. and they told me there’s been a misunderstanding and that they can not send me a coupon in exchange for the items i returned. i dont wanna bore you with more details. in conclusion, customer service are very manipulative, rude and unprofessional (called me a liar even tho i had proof for everything). and the management is very out of touch. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!
