FAKE APP
They never answer or deliver your items after you pay! i reported to consumer protection about being ignored by Boutiqat after they took my money. i decided to give them another week before suing them. Thank god i have all the evidence i need from the bank. They pretend that they have emails/ phone number/ social media accounts and they even have a fake live chat feature on their app to make you believe that it’s real. i emailed/called them over a 100 times and i tried everything i can to reach them but never got ANY answer! i will not let this pass and let them lie to more customers. I know how to make them realize who they are. They are messing with the wrong person.
FAKE APP!!!!!
you are not receiving your order, please don’t order through this company, THEY ARE LIARS!!!! I ordered and payed online and haven’t received my order, everything is fake even their emails and phone number! They want you to think they’re real when they’re actually not, please don’t order from them, they also did a competition on their instagram asking people to rate them five stars and write “ fast delivery “ !!! That’s enough evidence that they are liars and fake!
Very bad site
Very ignorant customer service, no one replay to email or live chat even the phone number is out of service, this is not happening from the smallest shops on aliexpress or even ebay, i don't recommend this site and I regret the order i did one week ago which i don't know will i get it or not.
