First thing the app is perfect and also easy to use second thing the coupons we get from ordering online when we try using it ,it bugs and says failed to use it thats all .

Burger King has deteriorated in quality of food and services. The sandwiches became a burger and a slight touch of ketchup, or they would send you kids sandwich burger instead of the one you ordered, you will never get what you see in photos or what we used to get when the restaurant first opened in Kuwait. Moreover, when you order king size meal they send you regular size. Sometimes you order something and pay for it , but they don’t deliver it. Also, you order breakfast sandwiches that means croissants but they send you buns. You order water and juice they replace them with Fanta. You order king size hash browns they replace it with regular size French fries. The most important thing is that the customer never gets what he orders, one only gets what’s on the mood of burger king’s staff , they change and replace you order without bothering to ask you do you accept their substitution. Since they have changed the Filipino staff, the quality of food and service dropped to the bottom.

The app works well except for one major issue; if I am in the middle of placing an order, then I change my mind and stop without completing through, the next time I make an order the app does not allow to continue. It keeps telling me I have to complete an old order. So when I try to go back to that old order it gets stuck. I cannot proceed afterwards. I end up going to the webpage or remove the app and then reinstall with a new email account.

After a few time I frankly quit ordering from BK , and instead went to the Mcdonalds app or any other more user-friendly app for offers. I still prefer my whopper, but it got too painful for me to get it.
