Don’t download it
I ordered a regular burger for myself and a plain one for my mother since, as everyone knows, older people are not big fans of restaurants and their mayonnaise. Unfortunately, the order came with both burgers having full mayonnaise, etc. I contacted the support help desk, and after asking for several photos of the incorrect order, they replied, “Sorry, sir, we can’t do anything,” and offered to assist with another problem. The worst customer service ever
Very bad experience with app and customer service, I have ordered from the app where the expected order might take 45 min however the we didn’t receive it after 2 hours, I have contacted the customer service to submit a complaint they said it is ok they might be busy and waiting 2 hours is not a problem !!! we will cancel your order and will refund you after 48 hours 🤯 and go order from other restaurant !!!!
Really really bad experience and will never use it again 👎🏻
