Dissatisfaction
I got a very bad experience with this app in Kuwait.
This app have a technical issues with payment transactions and contacting between the app and the customers mobile numbers, and this issues not befitting the name of Center Point.
First Issue: I have 2 out of 4 transactions are failed, the order amount has been withdrawn from my bank account and the orders has not been confirmed by mail or in app as it should be. No email was sent in these two transactions, certainly or even canceling. When I contacted customer service over the phone in those two times, I was informed that the transactions had been canceled and you will get back your money in four days. and for sure I lost the items what I was buying that time. because simply its sold/sold out!
Second Issue: The app is not able to activate the mobile numbers nor activate a Shukran card, because its unable to send the activation codes over the phone. Consequently my transactions are carried out as a guest and not as a customer as I was notified through the customer phone service; and I didn’t get my points on a Shukran card.
Generally I am dissatisfied with my buying experience through this app and my rating is only 2 stars.
Good expirience
Thanks to this app where u can stay at home & relaxed while shopping where u can get exactly what u need better than what u expected. And u can pay upon Delivery.. this is a must app 🎉
The delivery driver
I order 4 bag and 2 kd delivery but before he delivered the thing also he lie about the frize he put more and I said I have seen it in the bill and when we asking for the change the delivery just go away and didn’t come back to return the change,
I call him but not answer and when I text him he say He didn’t have change,
it’s not about money for me but your attitude.. even if only 1 fils of money you have to be honest and bring back, because we are costumer and we deserve it not just throw and leave , all people around the world earn money too
