Have a problem with game
I have problem with game after I open it , and I can only make one spin after that the game make freezing and not responding, my phone is iPhone and update with last iOS 15.1
And I try to delete the game and download it again , still same problem , can you help me please

Bug or it just me
This game is absolutely enjoyable to play and competitive but sometimes when you run back to the game the next day the game running once you do spins and you got the raid it just stuck and it needs to restart the game it just tuck game clock is running you never got a chance to dig, there’s no win and also i made a comment bout that the winning raid madness event it happens also i didn’t get the price of gold that i must have but the event go to next round. the sad part is losing the spins makes me feel frustrated i made the review to show you guys i enjoyed it, a friend of mine invited me to play and have fun with it but the game need to fix

Purchases
I am purchasing an amount stated at US$ 4.99 but being declined by my bank! When I check with my bank why my purchase was declined, they told me that the amount was US$ 10 plus. How come that in your offer it is said to be US$4.99 but what is shown in the bank is more than you are showing in the purchases!
Kindly check this pls. & I demand an explanation because sometime last week I also purchased of the same value but when the payment was collected I briefly saw it that what was taken from me was more.
