Description
View communications and log history of the the DCI Edge dental operatory patient chair along with diagnostic aids for troubleshooting.
Connect to the chair via a Bluetooth connection using your smartphone or tablet.
The Status section shows current chair status codes and descriptions. This section also shows troubleshooting tips associated with error codes.
The Log section allows you to view real time log information, and you can retrieve 1000 lines of log history from chair memory. Share the log via email to our tech support team and anyone else on your team. Also, there is a help section for understanding the information in the log lines.
