هذا التطبيق أنشئ لنوعين من المستخدمين المستخدم الاول هو المواطن الكويتى الذى يمكنه ارسال طلبات الشكاوى من خلال الجوال والتقاط صور للشكوى و سوف تقوم بلدية الكويت بمتابعة الشكوى وحلها فى أسرع وقت وبأمكان المواطن متابعة الشكوى من خلال التطبيق الى ان يتم حلها ، المستخدم الثانى هو موظفى بلدية الكويت الذين يمكنهم إجراء التفتيش على الموقع من أجل التقاط صور التفتيش .في الوقت الحقيقي وأن تكون قادرة على تحميلها مع المعلومات الجغرافية لمدير الموافقات.
This application was created for two types of users. The first user is the Kuwaiti citizen who can send complaints via mobile and take pictures of the complaint, then Kuwait Municipality will follow up the complaint and solve it as soon as possible. The citizen can follow the complaint through the application until it is resolved. The second user is Kuwait Municipality employees who can conduct on-site inspection in order to capture the real-time inspection photos and be able to upload them with geographic information to the approvals manager.

التطبيق لا يستكمل اجراءات التسجيل يطلب كود التفعيل و هذا الكود لا نملكه و حتى اذا كتبنا رقم التلفون تظهر لنا رساله بان الرقم او رقم التلفون خاطيء . برجاء الاسراع في حل المشكلة .
