Delay SMS approval

Many time the message by SMS for transfer approval... takes time, especially since we have a non Uae mobile number...like Kuwaiti mobile number

Very easy to understand & operate,

Bad experience - Worse banking Experience

Full of glitches and really worse kind of customer support experience. 0 out of 5. No stars. Downloaded so many times and restarted with same errors. Baking support staff is unhelpful. Super dissatisfied and disappointed customers. Waste of time and money. UAE deserves better
