Enola allows in the first stage to map the different needs of the patient and family. The medical needs the needs of day-to-day management - the household, food and cleaning, the emotional needs, and the bureaucratic challenges.

In the second phase, enola helps to expand the circles of help, by building a personal community that embraces the family. The community is built on the basis of people who are close to the family: extended family, neighbors and good friends.
