After taking the onboarding questionnaire you are required to set up a paid subscription before accessing the App, this unlocks the AI Strength Training and Nutrition tracking features so you can get to work! The strength training uses block periodization to create a custom plan for your needs and the nutrition will generate your macros and adjust them over time so you keep making progress towards your goals.
