Very bad customer service!
I don't understand why they named this app fresh flowers while most flowers i received were broken and dead! Very disappointed with the flowers i got and when i contacted them they said that the stem of the flowers are too long thats why its broken!! Then ignored my complaint like all the complaints they get!!
