This app is provided as a free download to your customers and the company’s licensing allows them to setup customized tools for emailing, texting and sending push updates to the mobile phones or the email inbox of your customers. Your customers will be able to submit help desk tickets, see a calendar of events for your company, complete customer surveys, provide feedback on customer service or product functionality, customer referral rewards, along with customized alerts and other customized solutions built to your specs! Licensing is paid by the company setting up this native mobile app for their customers.
