No internet connection error

I have tried to use it many times but it kept giving me an error message saying that I have no internet connection! Please fix it and will give you 5 stars once this is done.

Issue when booking

There's been an issue from along time causing an unresponsive app when trying to book a ticket:
I choose a movie -> I pick the theatre -> movie -> date, but when I click on the time button, it automatically chooses the time for me and doesnt allow me to do anything else.

I hope this problem gets fixed ASAP

Cannot create a new account

I can’t login or create a new account even when I try to use their website.. very bad app and they need to bring a new team to develop their Website and app now it’s December 2021 and I saw a review from 2019 with same issues I wish I can give them less than one star :/
