Good service, high cost

The service was very good but you should charge us by distance not time .. i went to kuwait city and paid 10kd for it cause there was a traffic! Will not use it again

Superb Service

A friend of mine at work recommended Grand Limo service to the airport. I was hesitant at first but I’ve decided to give them a try becuase I wasn’t very pleased with previous services from other competitors.
I was blown away by their Excellent Service!
First they called me earlier to confirm my reservation and then the driver called me 10 minutes prior to the pick up to tell me that he arrived and that I can take my time. He was very well spoken, well dressed, and the GMC was very clean and cool. Excellent service. I immediately booked them from my return trip from the airport to Salmiya. I’ve also recommended them to a friend who actually used them the next day.

Very Good Service

Am taking your car to and from my office at least 4 days a week . The drivers are very helpful and comes handy when I need any help with my luggage, it’s good they can their own decisions without calling and asking to their managers when it comes for an additional waiting request or to get a friend on the way . The app is also very nice and easy to use . Feels like I am riding around with my own driver . I like the attire of drivers, very professional . Happy to have this service in Kuwait .
