The Galaxy Watch application connects Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 features and applications installed through Galaxy App Store. Use the Galaxy Watch application to set up and manage the following

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings
- Find my Watch
Install the Galaxy Watch application on your mobile device, then pair your Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.
* Compatibility
- Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Watch application are only available when Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 and your mobile device.

Not able to connect to the iPhone 11
I am not able to connect this with my iPhone 11. I would appreciate if u help me with this. I have tried doing this for a long time. I will except a reply soon.

Hello, it is really unfortunate to know that. Kindly let us know your wearable model. Did you connect the Watch via Bluetooth before connecting it through the app? If so, please disconnect the Bluetooth from iPhone settings, reset your Watch and try again to establish connection through the app by following the steps in this video:

I can’t connect my iPhone 12 to my galaxy watch 4
I bought a new galaxy watch 4 , I’m shocked that can pair and connect to my iPhone 12 !? , when I starting pairing, I found it there with all galaxy watches but didn’t connect!!! I think you should update your app or tell your customers this watch cannot connect to iPhones

Connecting fail
I have samsung galaxy watch and i am not able to connect with my iphone 14 pro max

Dear user, we apologize for the issue. Please try the following to resolve the issue:
1. Forget the Watch from the Bluetooth settings of your iPhone
2. Then try to connect with Galaxy Watch app. You can try again to establish a connection through the app by following the steps in this video:

Do not establish a connection with Bluetooth before connecting the Watch through the app
3. If it does not work, then reset the Watch.
There is no need to uninstall the app.
