Complaint

I always have outstanding amount why although I paid the previous outstanding. Can someone talk to me? Or clear my outstanding amount it is like fraud and crook business once with Uber in egypt I complaint for similar situation and they refunded me because it is driver’s mistake not mine.

Today driver came to behind the building opposite side and claimed I am late and canceled my ride and because of this I incurred outstanding amount not totally my mistake.

November 2022 driver I used in November last used also whom because of him I might have been incurring this 2.5 KD that I paid in cash Monday early morning claimed I am late while he lost his way and lost my place he is crook and liar like todays driver.

Monday early morning driver was good.

Thank you as I want clear my account from fraud and crook drivers causing outstanding amount and I can confront these drivers

Worst service

I want to delete my number & the app but the careem has an different idea to keep me in their poor jail without letting me go out because they wanted to be as Uber the big mother for them but still they are going deeper into cheap service. They don’t allow delete my phone nor account if I didn’t write their old password which I don’t remember & they don’t allow themselves to send me help by any other buttons to make it easier!! I tried their hardest website which is in UAE I don’t know why if I’m in kuwait asking for support but same long issue but this time they offer me to donate to Turkey or Syria My request too simple delete my number & data as long as you wish to keep it 90 days or 90 centuries I don’t care. Delete the application (notice I don’t know the old password. Only I can offer is the application still not log out yet till I discovered any support! Thanks to apple support for sharing their easy steps to get help from (careem) here but I became so angry plus I need to get to my work . If this section not finished soon my rebort directly to apple or even worse to police for no reason holding me for no reason why I can’t delete it this app Who won’t getting my attention, thanks god I have cars for my needs. Be careful the careem get into your apple id without your approve!!!!

Very poor service

I’ve been using the app since it’s very beginning and it saddens me to say that the service has only been declining. This past year was the worst ever. The decline in Captains’ general behavior, poor car conditions, poor driving skills and so on. I used to constantly receive promo codes, but now the peak factor almost never ends. Even the Customer Service that used to assure me in the past has now changed for the worse. Instead of trying to be more accessible to people, they’ve built up a system that makes it more difficult for you to get to them. Overall very disappointing.
