I am a loyal customer and an ardent fan of iHerb. Their service is just impeccable. الي يبي يشتري منهم يصور قبل وبعد لانهم يغيرون الاسعار بعد الدفع ،يحذفون من طلبك بعض السلع و يرفعون سعر الباقي.
If you have to buy from this awful app. make sure to take pictures of your order before and after. They removed products from my order back to shopping cart ,while increased the prices of the remaining products to match the total price.
اول ما لاحظت اختلاف بالفاتوره الي ارسلوها لي بالايميل حاولت الغي الطلب وارفضوا! وحاليا ما غير اعيد وازيد ابي استرجاع و يقومون يلفون و يحوسون بالموضوع ، يطرشون اسئله ارد عليها وعقب يطنشون ، كميه العبط برسايلهم تنرفز ما بقى دعاء ما دعيت عليهم.
I tried to cancel the order the moment I noticed the difference on the invoice -I received in mail - than the order I requested. My cancellation request was rejected and was sent a bunch of questions .I answered the questions and waited for reply only to be ignored.I asked for return and refund only to be met with the same cycle of questions and ignored mails.
May life treats this company and their customer service as well as they have treated me so far.
