About imo story..

Thanks for updating always. I think you should fix this for much better purposes, when you call to someone via Imo outgoing ringing volume is very high it’s really hurtful for your ears. When you compare with what’s app, it’s cool. So try to fix this..

Hello . Imo it’s was work but I don’t know what happened he is log ot directly and when I but my number he didn’t accept he say number valid I don’t know how pls help me .........: I did not use any abuse or sent anything in chat rooms and did not violate any copyrights. Please activate my account. Someone may have hacked my account. Please help. I do not have other numbers and this number I communicate with my family through imo

Why it keeps showing Invalid phone number?
Your account is probably banned due to violations, such as:
A. counterfeiting official account;
B. sending improper chat messages;
C. violating rules in live room for several times;
If there was violation, it can't be reactivated at present.
Please try to register with a new phone number.
D. type the wrong phone number.
You may check the country code, the main number, or if there is an extra "0" in the front of the main number.

Notice:
1. If you are new user of this number, it might be banned due to the former user's misbehavior.
2. If you used it before and you did not violate any rule, we are working on the function for account appeal, please expect our future updates.

Unknown person is using my number as his account

Hi. I have already imo account in my number and some unknown guy is using it as his account. So many people were calling me as his name which was awkward and then I realized he was using my account. So I request you to fix this issue cuz on same number so many people use will not give privacy and you will get your customer unsatisfied . Although overall it’s a good app.
