Intel Unison will soon be discontinued. The first step in its wind-down process is ending service for most platforms at the end of June 2025. Lenovo Aura PCs will retain service.

Instructions:
1. Install Unison app on your phone or tablet
2. Find the Intel Unison PC app on your new PC or install it from the Microsoft app store
3. Launch the Intel Unison apps on your PC and mobile device and follow the instructions

Check your phone connection
During pairing with pc , i am facing this issue message appears “ check you phone settings “ even i del app from pc and mobile , restarted , and reset my network setting of my iphone . But still getting this error

Please note that we’ve recently released an updated version of the app. To help improve performance, we recommend the following steps:
1. Check the Intel Unison System Requirements to ensure that your device meets the necessary specifications.
2. If your device meets the requirements, uninstall the app from both devices and reinstall it. For the PC, download the app only from the Microsoft Store.
3. Ensure that the Bluetooth name for both your PC and phone is the same. Once paired and connected to the same network, open the app. For detailed instructions on terminating, repairing, or resetting the Intel Unison PC app, please refer to the troubleshooting article provided below. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
