Not fast & not responsive
Very slow and not always responsive on older smart phones! To use a service through this application it takes time to respond which can waste time, comparing to BOJ application it's not practical at all.
OTP
I am facing the same problem since one year as I can’t get the OTP and when I was in Jordan the bank told me that this problem will be solved next month this was last year in September.
Please do the needs as I am in Kuwait
