The new update on the app makes it so easy to book a cleaning session. It was hassle free and even pretty to look at it. Thank you very much for making our lives easier and allowing us to have a clean home without any stress.

For the first 2-3 times I had booked with them, the professional had always arrived on time. The first time she arrived, she forgot to bring her mop. It was okay. The 2nd time she brought all her tools with her. The cleaning wasn’t the best but it was okay. What wasn’t okay is the next 3 experiences I had with them:

1-I had a biweekly subscription on August and during my 3rd-4th appointment, the professional didn’t show up even an hour+ later. When I inquired about it, it turns out the company was going through reform and thus stopping its cleaning service temporarily. I did not get any prior notice nor was my appointment cancelled so I had no way to know. I wasted my time waiting for nothing.

2-I booked another appointment a few weeks after they restarted their service. Again, the professional didn’t show up. When I inquired about it, they didn’t give me any proper excuse, it was just that the “driver was unfortunately not in my area at the moment”. So I got my appointment rescheduled for another day. The professional was an hour late again for my rescheduled appointment. No proper excuse or explanation from their customer service.

I can’t continue with such unreliable service. Really disappointing.

As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. Totally disappointed, although I was a big fan but they failed me on several points on last order. 1. I booked a recurrent maid and they asked to change it. 2. Same day and prior the appointment in short notice, they approached me to postpone the appointment. 3. then when I agreed on postponing with providing extra maid for the next appointment, the accepted and changed it only when they called me back asking that's it's not doable. totally unprofessional and deteriorated the whole rosy experience I have built with them before. I ended up asking to cancel the order altogether and refund to my card, then deleted the app. I don't recommend anyone to use their services.

P.S. the customer support calls were very terrible in quality as the voice kept breaking down due to using internet calls.
