• Karate Buddy is great for solo training; it provides creativity and pushes you.

• Karate Buddy is the ultimate workout timer.

• It allows you to randomise your work periods; gives directional commands; number commands in both English and Japanese; and has a randomised bleep function.

• Devised by WKF Champion Paul Newby and voiced by Karate Legend: Matt Price.

• Karate Buddy is great for 1-2-1 coaching as it allows you to focus on the student and drills rather than counting the commands.

• Karate Buddy is great for dojo training for the very same reasons, it tells the group what to do while you coach!

• Karate Buddy is great for developing your fitness because you are not in charge of when you do something, you cannot rest unless Karate Buddy lets you!
