Katch! KW 4+

I installed the app because my friend mentioned that I get a 3kd voucher but I never got it.
The sad part is there is no way to communicate with Katch team regarding any technical issues we face in the app.
I believe u need to add a msg section where we can put in our issues and the team can support us.
It’s a neatly executed app otherwise

Order for more than 2 hours and the chat operator along with the katch delivery service the liars and frauds.
Dont have delivery drivers and than after 2 hours and 20mins tell that the restaurant will deliver the order which was also a lie because when i spoke to the restaurant they said that they have been waiting for the katch to send the rider from last 1 hour and they are not responding to them.
So the katch does not care for the restaurants in there list as well the customer who use their application.

Recommend giving this app a miss. Tried to order from a nearby location with cash on delivery but the app would only accept prepaid orders. After payment restaurant calls to say they don’t have part of the order. No way to contact katch for a refund as I’m only getting the bot and no agent to talk to even after long wait times. So I’m out of pocket and highly recommend that everyone gives this app a miss.
