Bad really bad
Unfortunately the main objective of this application is to book you with the cheapest nearest ticket despite the consequences, they booked for us two trips the second one from Riyadh to Kuwait and it was transit and the last destination in Mumbai.
However the stop is our final destination and it didn’t show till 2 to 3 hours before the trip that there was a hidden part to our online tickets.
The Mumbai destination was hidden we didn’t know and needed a visa.
And the call center was complete useless and kept keeping us on hold!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever got with this flight
Unfortunately, I booked two tickets to my children from Alexandria, Egypt, to Kuwait passing through UAE. The bad news is that my children couldn’t travel from Alexandria due to not having a visa. During our booking, nobody told us that we needed a visa although my children hav Kuwaiti residencies.
Therefore , my children lost their tickets and I was forced to buy new ones . The question is how can I regain my money or get compensated?

Worst application dont book from it ever
I booked a one way flight to my home country, when i check in i was shocked that my home country is just a layover and then i will go to india !
This was not mentioned when i booked neither in the booking confirmation or the e ticket !
I called them 3 times to sort it out but they refused and told me this is a "unique ticket" and i can choose not to take the other flight. While the airlines told me the airport wont let me fly since i dont have a visa for india ! And they also told me kiwi is always doing this issue with them but they cannot change it as i booked from kiwi not from them.
So i lost me ticket for nothing and i had to book new tickets !!!
