They are cheating clients !!
1- Many available items online are actually out of stock and you will know that after paying online and don't find it with the delivered items.. then you have to complain long time to refund your money back or they might not give you that money at all.
2- The pretend (in the App.) that item is being delivered in the same day or next day then you will be surprised that item takes more than a week to be delivered.
3- The worst customer service in the world ! They do not know anything, they are lying on the customer, and do not respecting them.
Terrible service
This is not the first time I am ordering from Carrefour online and I was hoping the service will be better than before but unfortunately it became worse ... I made an order yesterday to be delivered today between 11:00-2:00pm and now it is 9:00pm and I still didn’t receive my order.
This is a very bad image for Carrefour, I even tried to contact but they aren’t responding and I tried to email them but I am getting a message that this page doesn’t exist.
I am very disappointed and by the way Carrefour was much better when they were with Talabat.
Suggestion for COD payment
I always love Carrefour online grocery but I will give only ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️because it’s very accessible like me if I want it to have order online for groceries. But my problem is when it comes to payment, they’re only accepting DEBIT & CREDIT CARD… So it’s better can you add CASH ON DELIVERY method in payment?
