Regarding refund of my cancelled flight
Customer care service is ever worst, I wrote a lot of mail regarding my refund issue but didn’t get a satisfactory reply, MakeMyTrip already got refund for my cancelled flight but didn’t gave me a single penny

Worst experience
I booked a hotel by make my trip but the hotel denied entry saying they have no tie ups. It was midnight and just and one could imagine the inconvenience we been through they charged for the hotel and haven’t refunded my money yet .
