**Review of Grocery Delivery Service**
I recently had a very disappointing experience with [Grocery Delivery Service]. My order, which included dairy products and eggs, was delivered at an unacceptable temperature. When I received the items, they were warm to the touch, indicating they had not been kept at the proper temperature during transit.
This is a serious issue, as dairy and eggs need to be refrigerated to remain safe for consumption. The failure to maintain these items at the correct temperature raises concerns about food safety and quality.
Furthermore, when I reached out to customer service, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. There was no offer to replace the items or provide a refund, which added to my frustration.
I expect better service and adherence to food safety standards, especially when it comes to perishable items. I hope this review brings attention to the issue and prompts improvements in their delivery process.

Always late and the customer service are not helpful this is my last time to order and i will delete this application
Very reliable groceries delivery
They never miss up the order and no items missing , unlike the others, items get missing and never tell you
