Good site, reliable: when there was a problem in my shipment during covid they gave my money back with out any problems. All other shipments arrived with no mistakes, wish they had rating and customer feed back for each piece like she in.

As I've had good Experience in Shopping ship with other Companies , I've never faced such thing and everything was going well . it was my First time to Experience Modanisa , the Experience was Horrible I just lost my Money for Poor Quality of items looking so Cheap and when i asked them to return the items as also they forgot to send the Jacket with the Belt they kept on promising me for weeks that they will return the items with aramex and send me back my money , but there were no Actions made . they even lied to me telling me to call Aramex after they put the blame on Aramex that they've been taking time to return back to Modanisa for the pickup arrangement . so I contacted Aramex and gave them my Order number then was informed from Aramex that there was no Arrangement made by Modanisa at all , they've also been ignoring my mails . I also have to say there customer service are horrible so they have a very poor service and quality . take it as a Advise it not worth a try and dont bother to waste your money .

No direct contact from customer service team to resolve issues. For example, i recieved twice incorrect sizes (54 & 50 instead my regular size 48) and i lost my money
