Does not deliver as promised
I made an order on the app to pick up in store, more than a week later I got a message to pick up my stuff, when I got there only 2 of the 7 items were delivered and rest were refunded because they went out of stock. I prepaid for these items and Mothercare did not bother to fulfill the order and instead just refunded me. Never again.
