Very bad application
Session disconnecting without any reason , loosing the information of the account
Keep asking for signing in , you can barely use it to pay your bills , no billing history or usage report
Totally useless app compared to zain or Oredoo app is unfair

Worst App ever
The worst app ever.
In everytime you save your data in every app update you lose all records and have to start over from scratch. And when you do data will be saved for 1 number only. It always shows error and network is so bad. I will shift all my 5 numbers to another service provider. Do not recommend it.
Online support is another story, you would never get anything solved, your issue will be passed from 1 person to another…

Horrible experience with app and customer care
I have been unable to get the details of my Bill for the past 9 months and i am expected to pay and accept the situation.
Horrible customer care and their solution is “Restart the device, delete app and d/l again or change your sim” even when I tell them I have the same problem on the computer.
Worst company I have ever seen and that’s STC kw as STC bahrain works just fine.
