Its a no for me
Worst app ever! Keeps on crashing! Can’t view ETA of driver, driver can’t even understand the names of areas! Customer service never picks up the phone nor answers DM’s/comments. Unprofessionalism at its finest!
Not the best
The first time I ordered a ride from ogo was very well, but the second time I did, it cut my money, booking was never confirmed, hasn’t refunded me back since 2-3 months of booking, and not a very good customer service
