Open Nettest is a platform for measurement of the Internet connection in fixed, cellular and WiFi networks. Besides usual indicators, like download and upload speed, Open Nettest performs a set of unique measurements to assess the quality of service and the adherence to the net neutrality principles. It places a strong focus on quality and reliability.

Open Nettest is an independent and transparent tool, developed and improved with the expertise of Regulatory Authorities across Europe. The measurement ecosystem is not sponsored by any Internet service provider. The measurement servers are located outside of the operators' networks in several Internet peering exchange point.
