Birthday pizza night😍
Thank you for granting the favor i requested this afternoon and going beyond just getting our order delivered at home. Our birthday girl enjoyed her pizza tonight and thanks for the lovely note that came with it, she’s full smile😊. She would have loved to enjoy a pizza-y day of celebration at your pizza parlor if not with this circumstance we’re all in given this pandemic. Mabuhay, and salamat! What a BAD NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!
I order online, delivery timing expected 12:43 as per track order, driver called me, then asking the address, and driver say, I can’t deliver your order, I don’t know your address, (speaking Arabic) he can’t speak English as what driver say.. and 5minutes after driver number called and someone spoke in English, the reason why is the order is from jabriya and can’t deliver in hawally, so he said he will transfer my order to hawally, And I called customer service, and I told what happen to your driver that they don’t know how to speak English, customer relied me directly, I can’t help you right now, I can’t do anything.. (so frustrating answer).. after 30minutes someone called again, he said where is the address, and he is from salmiya, and he can’t deliver again my order because I’m in hawally, (again)??? Then I called customer service again, someone answered me, and he said if you want to cancel you order and make order again.. ohhhhh commmon Pizza Hut, this is your new team now? This is how your customer service? I know my order amount only 2.950kd, but ohhhh
Then 10 minutes after, customer called me and ask again, you order in Pizza Hut, what???? For 2.950kd in 3hours, 3stores, and 4customer representative.. what happened to you guys???
Wrong delivery the food
I order promotion the buy one take one large pizza, I order flavor spicy chicken ranch San Francisco pan and margarita San Francisco pan and potato wedges at 2liter Pepsi. But when we receive the order is wrong the pizza of spicy ranch is with out sauce of spicy and to much tomato pizza sauce and stuffed crust the pan. I call the customer care And we tell already what happen he said , somebody will call back again from specialty expert but no one will call back, I am very disappointed beacuse I waiting for 1 hour for my Oder and you will recieved the food is wrong, and every time order but this the first time wrong delivery.
