Easy to use
I don’t see well enough to make bookings on my phone so usually I prefer to use my laptop. With the Rentalcars app I found an easy to use way to book cars for all my traveling needs. I will surely use it again soon.
Worst customer service
I payed to rent a car ( thank god it was for one day only )
When i arrived at the airport the company had a problem in thier computer system and told me to get the car from another location !
I am travelling with my family !!
So i DIDNOT pickup a car from them !
And I emailed this app company , told them what happened and requested a refund !
Three emails going back and forth between me and this company , to finally tell me to talk to then via the Live Chat .
So i did , and after 30 minutes of explaining that ( THERE WAS NO CAR AT THE LOCATION , I DID NOT PICK UP A CAR ) , they gave me a link to a page and told me to click on the ( customer service button ) . There was NO customer service button on that page.
So I LOST MY MONEY AND WASTED MY TIME AT THE AIRPORT AFTER A LONG DAY OF TRAVELLING .
Defenetely Not using this app again
Worst Experience
I had bad experience with this company from the time of booking where money were deducted from my account but never received a confirmation, and just last minute my flight get delayed and they rejected to keep my booking which is fully paid for more than 2 hours, and asked to amend the booking and pay on the new rate which is 500$ additional than the rent price, I ended up cancelling the booking and loosing 3 days rent.
