Not the best app
I shop many times with selfridges app, however the stock availability is not always accurate! I only found out that the item/size is sold out when I try to add it to my bag
Technical support is not very helpful
Checking out process most times is frustrating, the payment doesn’t go through from the first time for technical errors.. attempting to checkout after several attempts the item I want sometimes gets sold out ):
App issues
The products offered are amazing, so is their service. But the app is unbearably slow even though I live in a country with fast internet. The app won’t let me log in because a long time ago I had incorrectly entered my password. I’ve talked to customer service via email multiple times to unlock my account even when I enter the password correctly. Absolutely disappointing
