I have already sent you in the support email and no one replied I have a VIP account but can't watch the VIP shows on the mobile app I thought Ed payment one year! I believe there is something wrong with your app coz it's keeps popping up a black screen with a loading circle that load nothing.

Such a bad experience never again 😡
I subscribed to shahid VIP last week and the subscription did NOT activated and I emailed them and I called the international number to solve the problem through phone and their employee asked to send my iTunes receipt and screenshot the subscription and I sent them to their customer support.
They replied that they open case and need me to log in and try press “ اعادة اشتراك مسبق" many times because there may be a problem with iTunes !!!!! I tried it many times within 24 hrs but nothing happened and I replied to their mail that I tried and it doesn’t Work and the problem still the same but after then they didn’t reply to any of my emails.
I called them on their International contact number they kept me waiting till the line disconnected.
Such a bad experience, poor customer support and wasting of money and time.
Worst Ever !!!
When it came to my attention that Shahid is planning to expand and fo to the next level I thought it’s something interesting but unfortunately it’s nightmare, worst streaming platform ever in the history of streaming platforms, so many glitches and lags worst UI ever, it’s such a shame it even exists !!!
Trying to follow Netflix and such do your home work first, i have to spend 2 hours to watch a 30 min episode and before investing in producing exclusive shows invest in developers and talents, it suddenly disconnects, stops, freezes and even if god forbids you have to pause what you’re watching you have to go through hell to resume watching from where you stopped, audio gets detached fro video and million million more problem, but thank you could imitate the skip intro option like really thank you ....
