Don’t get this.
Worst app and place ever, it’s not worth it, all the chalets are disgusting. I’m never coming here again, the shatafa isn’t even powerful it’s very low pressure, the ‘normal’ water their is hot water, The pool was not clean and was very dirty, the house was not clean at all and all the bedsheets were not changed, I found ink pen drawings on the wall, there was ants in and out the whole house, the play area was broken, all the chairs were not clean and they had dust on it. My tip is to never go there again!!

Notifications needs to be limited!!!!! Also the app needs to be refreshed everything looks old like it’s made from 2010.
Disgusting
So disappointed and Disgusted the chalet was so dirty so much ants pool was dirty aswell , the ac wasn’t working, when we contacted them on whats app they said cant do any about it
