Payment Issues
It rarely works when I try to pay for my package, or it only lets me pay for part of the total amount. And then after that it tells me I have nothing to pay whenever I try again. This is really inconvenient because my packages are usually delivered when I’m not home.
Horrible app
I recently tried out the Ship and Shop app by Aramex, hoping for a convenient way to manage my shipping needs. Unfortunately, my experience with the app was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the app's functionality feels outdated and lacks important features that one would expect from a company like Aramex. The search function is particularly frustrating, often kicking me out of my account unexpectedly.
Moreover, despite paying for a flex account twice, I was only provided with a basic account and did not receive a refund for the difference. This lack of accountability was disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's customer service.
Additionally, I found the pricing on the app to be unreasonably high. The conversion rates used by Aramex Kuwait are exorbitant, with a $50 shipping cost being translated into 50 Kuwaiti dinars, which feels like a rip-off.
Overall, my experience with the Ship and Shop app was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. I hope that Aramex addresses these issues promptly to improve the app's usability and customer satisfaction.
App not working
This app is literally the worst it keeps on logging me out of my account and has many errors and now when I try to enter my email and password to log in again it says check credentials and I checked it and I made sure all the information is correct which it is then I tried to do it again doesn’t work the website online works the app is useless they need to either fixe it or remove it cause their is no use In the app please shop and ship fix the app or put updates to make it better I’m really frustrated
