Every purchase i tried doing was declined
The company declined every single purchase attempt i had. Even just 80KD were declined and they don’t give you any reason. When i checked their FAQ they mentioned that better payment history makes it easier to approve your purchases, well that doesn’t work if you can’t make an initial purchase, right? It’s so stupid and doesn’t even have a fair review process where you can send supportive evidence to help your account gain approvals …
Reply: your link leads to the same moronic explanation as to why an 80kd transaction has been declined … “you need to make consistent payments to ease the approval process” … how would i do that if you wont let me make my first purchase?! You want me to pay 20kd in 4 installments to begin with?? Why would i do that? Your “unique” approval system is just moronic and useless.
