Worst customer service ever

If u have a problem with your order talabat won’t help with that and u will be taking it to the restaurant so why not order directly from restaurant? Because talabat doesn’t have a customer care number apparently.
And if u try talabat mart or even other restaurants don’t trust expected arrival time because they won’t send their drivers on time. Last time I ordered kdd ice creams and the time passed for preparing my order which doesn’t need preparing.
I did receive it 1 hour after the time I’m supposed to receive but that’s not the end of the story. The ice cream was opened and not like the tip was opened by mistake, no , it was totally opened. And when I called the driver cause they don’t have a customer care number he said they will call me back.
Two weeks later and no one did.
My honest opinion is that talabat is by far the worst app ever made for delivery.

Bad company and bad service

Very poor service. They do not have enough delivery drivers to deliver orders on time, yet they keep accepting orders, causing them to arrive much later than scheduled. My last order through them took a full 3 hours and the food arrived in very poor condition. I wasn't sure it was safe to eat without risking my children's health, so I had to throw it away. If you have to order through them, don't pay in advance so you can cancel the order whenever you want. Still, I recommend ordering directly from the restaurant or from other companies. Additionally, their customer support is very poor and does not provide any assistance other than wasting your time. The only response from customer support is "We are sorry and please wait. خدمة سيئة جدا، ليس لديهم سائقي طلبات تكفي لتوصيل طلباتهم بالوقت المحدد ومع ذلك لا يتوقفون عن أخذ الطلبات بحيث يصل الطلب بعد الموعد المحدد بمدة طويلة، آخر طلب لي عن طريقهم استغرق ٣ ساعات كاملة، وقد وصل الطعام بحالة سيئة جدا، لم أكن واثقا من أنه قابل للأكل دون المخاطرة بصحة أطفالي لذلك اضطررت إلى رميه في القمامة، إذا كنت مضطرا للطلب عن طريقهم لا تدفع مقدما حتى تستطيع أن تلغي الطلب متى ما شئت، ومع ذلك أنصح بالطلب من المطعم مباشرة أو من شركات أخرى، كما خدمة الدعم الفني سيئة جدا ولا تقدم أي مساعدة سوى تضييع وقتك، إجابة خدمة الدعم الفني الوحيدة هي نحن آسفون و نرجو أن تنتظر.

Waiting for Talabat Premium

I filled a survey in the app about the probability of offering subscriptions where the subscribers will get free delivery. This is a great thing, but I want to get more features as a premium user: I want to be able to create lists like: favorite restaurants, fav italian restaurants, fav american, fav lebanese.. Also, I want to be able to write notes (just like comments, but for myself) for each of the restaurants of those lists. (Because right now i use the notes app to write the names of my favorite restaurants and to write notes about them.) Also, I want to be able to hide the restaurants that I expect that I will never order from. It would be great if I can get those features, because I really need them. Thanks.
