very good app

most items that I need was found in this app. All in very reasonable price. And if its late they will give u a credit and its true. the first time i ordered was late but they managed to give me a credit that i used on my second order. Keep up the good work Temu!! 👏👏 Except for the live customer service i talk before that was not really approachable.

The worse experience ever

I tried to place an order for more than three times, and am thankful that I didn't process my payment thru Apple Pay or by any other methods, and I chose Cash on Delivery instead. I was surprised to see that my order was canceled without any prior notification, and the justification of cancellation was full of lies and false information, they claimed that they have called to verify the phone number but I didn't pick up (while I didn't receive any call or even any notification thru Email)
I don't recommend anyone to use this App, and id you insist, make sure to make Cash on Delivery to avoid fraud

Best online shopping app

The best experience i got ever from this app shopping online, before i use to think online shopping is useless but this app with just one order changed my whole perception, anazing service, in a week i got the item on my doorstep and the quality was amazing of the product im surprised
