Reliable and variety
Been using the tons app for couple of months now and what makes it special is the many varieties of shops and products, also to mention the very reasonable prices, i like the function of tracking the items through the app while my order is being prepared, and the delivery and packaging is always perfected 👍
Awful experience
I placed an order during the day it took them 4 hours to address the order although it was meant to be delivered within 1-2 hours max, their representative told me that 80% of what i ordered is not available during curfew period, they wasted my time and then customer service were not helpful at all and they were not responsive properly, then it took them 24 hours to address my order again and process a refund which will take 2-7 working days !
Convenient
I love shopping with Tons, the prices are better now than before, very helpful shoppers. They made my grocery shopping easier. Excellent call center 👌🏻👌🏻
