It’s amazing app had everything many categories many products but there’s one thing to make it perfect English version i have this app for a year now but I can’t use it because of the language it’s hard to keep translating every single word takes so many times for one item that’s why I don’t use it but I will keep it for future

Overall great experience, but missing size guides and Tamara option

It’s a great app with so many options and great customer service. However, as of late the size guide that used to be accessible when you’re picking a size has disappeared. Now you either have to ask the seller what size they recommend you get, pick and hope for the best, or hopefully rely on the size guide uploaded with the models pictures which is in Turkish and if you don’t read the language then it doesn’t serve you much. The other issue is that Tabby is the sole option we’re allowed for instalments which claims to be Sharia compliant, but really isn’t. Please make the app great again and bring back Tamara and size guides.

I used this app 3 times so far. First time one of the items was damaged and the other was missing, it never arrived , and they refunded me for those items. Second time my item never came after waiting for a month, then they refunded me, third time my order hasn’t arrived yet and I can request my refund tomorrow because it’s the maximum waiting time. Stuff never arrive from this app!! I’m just gonna delete it. I’m an idiot for giving it 3 chances!
