Description
Unity from Health Fabric provides a multilingual service for people to manage their health and wellness. Health professionals from a range of health disciplines create health and wellness plans which can be followed by users to improve the quality of their lives. The app enables users to create social circles of health and wellness support by inviting friends, family and clinicians to view their data and provide them ongoing support. This is further complemented by premium support services for the user including virtual consultations.
