There should be a way to know when the order is done, it showed that i have to wait for 10 min and when i went it was ready for pickup!
Worst costumer service ever
I ordered during Eid with my family, in a restaurant we always order, the food tasted very bad and the chicken was smelly, not fresh at all! I returned the order, and the costumer service his name is Abdullah K, was telling me to wait until manager approval! He said we won't refund until the manager approves, this is very bad - even talabat is much better than them, if i return the food, as it is, you should refund my money this is simple. I will never use this app! Ever!
